	Dr. Victor ~~von Doom~~ Fries is a mad scientist that freezes people to death to impress his comatose wife. It all started when he screwed up in the lab and fell into radioactive cold-chemicals or something. This automaticaly revoked his degree and turned him into Mr. Freeze. Ever since then he's been dressing up in a robot suit and robbing things in the name of science.
